Spittleman

We went to visit Mom and Dad on Mother's Day. And, my brother came down as well. It was a fabulous weekend of laughing, playing games, eating, hiking, eating, and relaxing. We learned something interesting, well, moderately interesting, well, ok, a little weird about Dad while we were there. Apparently, it is very difficult to eat very many saltine crackers in one sitting because they are so dry. However, last time Dad went to the dentist, the hygienist said he produced more saliva than an average person. Dad put it to the test and found he can eat an entire tube of saltines in a single sitting. So, upon revealing his superpowers, my brother dubbed our dad "Spittleman." Who knew Dad was so talented?

My brother is good about bringing toys or fun things to play or do when he comes to visit. He brought some kind of goo that you have like 5 minutes to form and then it hardens, but is rubbery. However, we didn't get to try it. We ran out of time. I'm bummed. I'm hoping he brings it on Thursday when/if he comes down for our trip to visit Grandma this weekend.

*Update* My brother can't go visit Grandma with me. So, we'll try to go Memorial Day Weekend.
